General Information

Looking after your placebo

In order to maintain the purity of the placebo solutions no preservatives are added. This means that they must be stored in a cool dark place such as a fridge or discarded after 7 days of use. Use common sense. Unless you have coloured or flavoured your placebo the liquid should look and behave just like water. It should not smell nor should there be any colour to it. There should be nothing growing in it. If you are unsure then discard the bottle and it's contents. Better to be safe than tummy ache!

Flavouring and or colouring placebo

If you wish you can colour or flavour your placebo with food colouring or flavouring. This may increase the effectiveness of the placebo.
